Essential Job Duties:
- Develop and maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment
- Plan and execute age-appropriate weekly lesson plans
- Participate actively with peers through communication, collaboration, and curriculum
- Facilitate regular parent/guardian communication and conferences to discuss orientation, transitions, and developmental goals
- Meet state licensing requirements for education and experience
- Must be able to lift to 60 pounds as in lifting, carrying, and holding infants and children
Minimum Qualification:
- BS or BA degree in Early Education or Early Childhood Education or related degree
- Intermediate PC skills
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
