We are seeking an experienced Electronic Warfare (EW) Strategic Planner to join our team in Omaha, NE. This role is integral to the development of advanced electromagnetic warfare (EW) concepts, policies, and strategies. The successful candidate will provide critical subject matter expertise in Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) to support the USSTRATCOM Joint EMSO Center and contribute to advancing Department of Defense (DoD) EW readiness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Development of EW Concepts and Strategies : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create future EW concepts, strategies, and operational plans that align with national defense objectives.
- Policy Influence : Assist in the formulation and refinement of electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) policies, ensuring they align with current and emerging defense needs.
- Subject Matter Expertise : Provide expert consultation and subject matter expertise on EW topics in support of USSTRATCOM and other DoD stakeholders. Influence and inform discussions in various forums to advance Joint EMSO (JEMSO) readiness and operations.
- Strategic Planning : Participate in and lead strategic planning sessions that shape the future of electromagnetic warfare, ensuring that all plans are aligned with USSTRATCOM objectives and broader defense strategies.
- Collaboration with DoD Stakeholders : Engage with key stakeholders across the DoD, including military and civilian personnel, to drive the integration of EW concepts into joint force operations and strategy.
- Advisory Role : Act as a primary advisor on EW issues, including electromagnetic spectrum control, countermeasures, and capabilities development, to senior leadership at USSTRATCOM and other defense organizations.
