Job Description
- Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the organization.
- Coordinate logistics for retreats and events, including registration, coordination, and guest relations.
- Manage electronic and paper file systems, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Handle incoming mail and correspondence, drafting and preparing documents and reports as needed.
- Assist with database administration, data entry, and file importing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- Events and/or hospitality experience with customer service focus.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow up incessantly.
- Strong interpersonal skills, building relationships with external partners, guests, and staff members.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, MS Excel and Word, calendar software, CRM or databases, internet research, and Zoom webinar events/meetings.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently, working independently when needed.
