Shifts Available: 11pm - 7am (rotating weekends required)
The Gary Residence are seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant/Med Tech with a strong desire to work within a community of seniors. The Gary Residence provide high quality care in a residential care environment, while maintaining a strong sense of “home”. Responsibilities:
Each caregiver participates as a key member of the health care team, implementing care delivery systems in a manner that maintains a nurturing environment supporting the health and independence of the residents. Caregivers use their care-giving skills to ensure the physical and cognitive well-being of residents, as well as their emotional and social well-being.
