This position is full-time in person.

The ideal Certified Survey Technician candidate will have the following experience:
- Write description of surveys
- Search of legal records, survey records, and land titles
- Drafting, ALTA preparation, prepare construction stakeout
- Boundary and topographic
- Interpret and verify survey data
- Perform field calculations
- Average 80% field/ 20% office
This opportunity requires:
Education
- Associates or Bachelors degree in a survey related field or Computer Aided Design
License/Certification
- CST preferred
