Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety, functionality, and curb appeal of our community. This role is vital in maintaining a well-kept, comfortable living environment for our residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep.

Responsibilities :

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
Complete work orders in a timely manner while maintaining excellent resident relations.
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity of building systems and equipment.
Maintain the overall appearance of the property, including common areas, hallways, and outdoor spaces.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
Ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations.
Assist in unit turnovers, including painting, minor repairs, and inspections.
Work collaboratively with management and vendors to schedule necessary repairs or improvements.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in general maintenance, facility upkeep, or a similar role.

Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
