Job Summary:
The Real Estate Account Executive will be responsible for generating new real estate sales initiatives, contacting clients and prospects and developing current packages & product sets to ensure they align with the marketplace and needs of our clients.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales initiatives.
- Contact clients and prospects and develop current packages and product sets.
- Make in-field sales calls to generate new business in the real estate category.
- Network and attend community events that offer opportunities to showcase and sell our real estate solutions, both digital and print
- Fully understand all of our advertising solutions in the real estate category, digital and print
- Assess client needs and provide amazing customer service.
- Consistently exhibit energetic, inspiring qualities that instill confidence with our clients that they have partnered with the best in the industry.
- Own accountability through scorecards, daily emails & tracking via CRM.
- Develop and implement go to market strategies.
- Consistently meet established goals.
- Attend local real estate, HBA, PPAR, etc. meetings.

Minimum Education & Work Experience Requirements:
- 3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success
- Excellent communication skills
- Prospecting & cold calling experience
- Technically Savvy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced highly transactional environment
- Valid Driver’s license
- Reliable Vehicle

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
