Job Summary:

The Real Estate Account Executive will be responsible for generating new real estate sales initiatives, contacting clients and prospects and developing current packages & product sets to ensure they align with the marketplace and needs of our clients.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales initiatives.
  • Contact clients and prospects and develop current packages and product sets.
  • Make in-field sales calls to generate new business in the real estate category.
  • Network and attend community events that offer opportunities to showcase and sell our real estate solutions, both digital and print
  • Fully understand all of our advertising solutions in the real estate category, digital and print
  • Assess client needs and provide amazing customer service.
  • Consistently exhibit energetic, inspiring qualities that instill confidence with our clients that they have partnered with the best in the industry.
  • Own accountability through scorecards, daily emails & tracking via CRM.
  • Develop and implement go to market strategies.
  • Consistently meet established goals.
  • Attend local real estate, HBA, PPAR, etc. meetings.

Minimum Education & Work Experience Requirements:

  • 3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prospecting & cold calling experience
  • Technically Savvy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced highly transactional environment
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Reliable Vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
