What are the responsibilities and job description for the Software Developer – UI / Full Stack position at The GBS Group?
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular (12 )
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs. Implement backend services using Spring Boot, .NET
- Work with SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (OpenSearch, Redis) databases to manage data.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
- Work collaboratively within an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning and standups.
- Contribute to all aspects of the software life cycle including but not limited to reviewing project requirements, work with team to design technical solutions, scoping, implementation, technical documentation, testing, delivery, and maintenance.
- 5 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Angular (12 ), TypeScript, and HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with UI libraries like Nebular, Angular Material
- Hands-on experience with backend technologies such as .NET (C#), Java, Spring Boot.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Familiarity with authentication and security best practices (JWT, OAuth, role-based access control).
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Familiar with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and message brokers (AmazonMQ, RabbitMQ).
