Job Summary
At The Gelatist, we specialize in crafting artisanal gelato made fresh in-house, and we’re looking for a passionate Barista Specialist to join our team! If you love coffee, ice cream, pastries, and creating a memorable customer experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Barista Specialist, you'll be key in delivering delicious coffee drinks and enhancing the customer experience in a fast-paced, fun environment. We're bringing a fresh concept to Greenville, and we want you to be a part of our exciting journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee and espresso drinks, as well as ice cream shakes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work area.
- Handle cash and process register transactions accurately.
- Demonstrate a passion for learning and connecting with customers.
Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm for coffee, gelato and pastries.
- Ability to work in a team while contributing to a positive and upbeat atmosphere.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
