We are growing our operations department and team to accommodate another record-breaking year of serving over 500 families.
The courier should be a reliable, trustworthy team player who can contribute to the success of the team by facilitating smooth communication and providing excellent service in the logistics and delivery aspects of our real estate operations to ensure total client satisfaction.
The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional service to our real estate agents and clients through delivery and installation of open house signage to our team's open houses each weekend across the St Louis metro area.
This opportunity is perfect for a high school or college student who is looking to learn about the residential real estate industry from local area experts and work 10-14 hours per weekend. This is a Part-Time position on weekends only (Saturday and Sunday) for approximately 5-6 hours each shift. The days typically consist of early morning and mid afternoon shifts both Saturday and Sunday as part of the delivery/set up and removal of signage as needed.
The Gellman Team has two offices: Chesterfield and Shrewsbury. Company vehicle provided during work hours for Courier trips.
