In this role, you will oversee all culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food service and managing kitchen staff effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellence in food preparation and service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including menu planning and food preparation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and storage.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills.
- Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Collaborate with property management to cater events and special functions as needed.
- Develop creative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a culinary environment.
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for food presentation and quality.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing kitchen teams.
