Job Title: Senior SAP Subject Matter Expert
Location: Stafford, VA
Job Summary/Purpose: The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a full-time Senior Systems Applications and Products (SAP) Subject Matter Expert to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Responsibilities/Functions:
• Apply best industry practices and standards, leading-edge technology, and innovative solutions to difficult problems.
• Develop and apply highly advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts.
• Employ methodologies for guiding others in problem resolution.
• Develop and/or review study plans and monitors/reports project status.
• Resolve problems, manage, lead, and advise staff members in order to meet established objectives.
• Develop insightful solutions to meet fiscal, technological and schedule constraints.
Required Experience:
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) or Systems Application Business Objects Tools, or Financial Management Support Services.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to apply a thorough technical and business knowledge of the NERP System to reports and data development.
• Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to synthesize information and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to support specific tasks related to reporting/analytics/dashboards, data warehousing, data integration, data mapping, data management, data governance, archiving, and metadata management.
• Ability to support data extracts, transformation load, metrics collection, and analysis of NERP data and associated systems‘ data feeds, and reporting of this data internally and externally to MSC.
• Must be detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
• Highly organized, able to manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to function independently.
• Possess unique experience, skills, and expert knowledge in highly specialized technical, functional, and /or process areas within the related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to establish excellent internal and external customer relationships.
Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or at least 7 years of relevant professional experience with NERP or Systems Applications Products Business Object Tools in lieu of degree.
