Job Title: Systems Engineer 1
Location: Stafford, VA
Job Summary/Purpose: The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a full-time Systems Engineer 1 to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Responsibilities/Functions:
• Analyze information requirements.
• Analytically and systematically design and implement computer systems, software, and networks.
• Ensure computer systems function efficiently and securely to support an organization’s information technology needs.
• Prepare, update, maintain, and submit engineering plans.
• Participate in system engineering technical reviews and events.
• Assist in the execution of Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR) activities and events.
• Assist in conducting requirements analysis, configuration item analysis, and impact analysis, and provide analysis reports.
• Facilitate the preparation and updating of Test and Evaluation (T&E) artifacts.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized, able to manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical or scientific field. Military experience acceptable in lieu of education.
• 0 - 3 years’ experience in systems engineering.
