Job Summary
The Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for all aspects of maintenance requested from any department within the bank, while always adhering to departmental guidelines, policies & procedures. Data Integrity processes an average of over 4,000 requests per month. Additional duties include but not limited to : processing returned mail, cleaning up customer files, handling EOY tax corrections, processing multiple daily & monthly reports and answering the Data Integrity phone line.
The Data Integrity Specialist likes to multi-task & stay busy while working in a fast-paced environment to complete the job in a timely manner, 95% of all work must be completed daily.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain the Repurchase Agreement program
- Clean up customer files after conversion / upgrade
- Process returned mail
- Handle EOY tax corrections
- Savings bonds addenda maintenance
- Monitor and clean up exception items
- Coordinate the verification procedures and process
