We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Fundraising and Marketin Director. This role is responsible for overseeing annual fundraising events, ongoing marketing campaigns, social media, monetary donations, expenses, and grants. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in event management and marketing. Please note the Genesis Project is a faith-based non-profit and our drop-in center serves female survivors of sex trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing - Social Media Management, Monthly Newsletter, Manage Website
- Large Event Planning and Coordination
- Accounting - Maintain Expense Reports, Manage Bank Account, Track Revenue Streams
- Donations - Deposit and Process Donations, Maintain Donor Software Records, Issue Year End Contribution Statements
- Grant Management - Applying, Reporting, and Finalizing Grants
- Support Case Management Team with Clients
- Outreach - Create and Maintain Outside Organization Connections, Discover New and Maintain Passive Income Streams, Train and Speak at Events
- IT Troubleshooting
- Volunteers - Obtain and Manage Volunteer Base, Plan Events and Create Volunteer Opportunities
- Attend Sting Operations with Law Enforcement
Job Requirements:
- Budgeting or Accounting Experience
- Reliable Transportation
- Flexible Schedule (for occasional off hour events)
- Good Communication and Written Skills
- Average to Above Average IT Skills
- Knowledgable in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Zoom or Teams Experience
- Experience with Webflow (Or Similar Website Platform)
- Experience with Donation/Auction Software (Donorsnap, Greater Giving, or Similar)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
