Bartender
At the Grandview Restaurant at the Geneva Inn, we are looking for friendly, responsible, energetic, and teamwork oriented bartenders to provide an excellent guest experience! Good staff will be able to create a wonderful dining experience, anticipating and exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly pay plus tips. Hourly rate varies based on position and experience.
Responsibilities
· Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
· Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
· Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
· Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
· Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
· Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
· Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
· Resume and proven working experience in customer service
· Some knowledge of wines, mixing drinks, garnishing and serving drinks and food
· Computer literacy
· Kindness, positive attitude and excellent communication skills!
· Ability to keep the dining room, kitchen and bar organized, stocked and clean
· MUST be team oriented and willing to help others!
· MUST BE RELIABLE!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $50.00 per hour
