What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN) - FT in AL position at The Geneva Suites?
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in our residential assisted living homes located throughout the southern metro area. As a RN with us you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our residents by providing personalized care and performing assessments on our residents.
Who You Are
- A registered nurse (RN) and have at least 1 year of previous direct nursing care experience, preferably in an Assisted Living or Home Care setting.
- Comfortable using medical software and equipment and have an amazing ability to build rapport with residents.
- Have a reliable vehicle, that is insured, and able to travel between our houses to perform duties.
- Have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassion and the ability to make a difference in the lives of others is what drives you.
- Being able to bring a smile to someone’s face warms your heart.
- You balance your natural desire to care for your residents with the knowledge that the day-to-day tasks must be completed.
- Your co-workers describe you as genuine, warm, caring, compassionate, hardworking, and dependable.
- Under the Director of Nursing, you will monitor and report changes in resident symptoms and behavior.
- Support the health and well-being of our residents and their loved ones.
- You communicate with collaborating physicians and specialists regarding resident care.
- You provide education, advice and support to caregivers, residents and their family members.
- You ensure resident medical records are accurately maintained.

Why You’re Here
The Geneva Suites takes senior residential living to an entirely different level – offering exceptional staff to resident ratios (max of 6 residents per home). This allows you to do what you do best – provide a uniquely high level of service to your residents. We offer a Monday – Friday day schedule with a every third week on-call rotation for weekends and support for your continued development as a nurse.
Shift: This is a Full-time Day shift, Mon – Fri with rotating on-call weekend coverage.
Pay: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour
