Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Case Manager Professional to join our team at BI Incorporated. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with individuals under intensive supervision and provide essential support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Develop, implement, and coordinate individual service plans for ISAP participants in accordance with federal regulations and program requirements.
- Intake and Orientation: Conduct thorough intake interviews and orientation sessions with ISAP participants within contractual timeframes and requirements.
- Electronic Monitoring: Install electronic monitoring equipment on ISAP participants as necessary and monitor compliance with the electronic monitoring program.
- English Proficiency Evaluation: Assess English proficiency of ISAP participants to determine necessary resources for clear communication between staff and participants.
- Community Resource Connection: Connect participants with essential community resources, including transportation, medical care, food, shelter, clothing, education, financial assistance, legal services, and social adjustment support.
- Participant Supervision: Provide regular supervision to ISAP participants while they are in Company offices.
- Scheduling: Establish schedules for ISAP participants that include counseling sessions, immigration Court appearances, and access to legal services.
Benefits and Requirements
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience and location.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; 2 years of experience in case management or a related field; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and proficiency in Spanish language.
