What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dining Services Coordinator position at The GEO Group?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dining Services Coordinator to join our team at The GEO Group. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation, scheduling, and quality assurance of food and supplies across all our facilities.
Your main tasks will include preparing production/service and preparation/inventory documents before each meal, overseeing additional records such as service plan, tray assessments, restricted diets, daily sanitation, and meal delivery, carrying out the orientation and training program for inmate workers, and ensuring safety compliance and monitoring equipment maintenance.
As a Dining Services Coordinator, you will work closely with our Food Services Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our food services department. You will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
