Minibar Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Attendant to join our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. As an Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their needs are met and that they feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

• Inventory stayover and departure rooms and replace items
• Inspect expiration dates and quality of items
• Present items in an appealing manner
• Charge items accordingly
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain the storage area in a clean and organized manner, reflecting the high standards of our establishment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to take inventory, restock items, and charge accordingly
• Ability to maintain strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a wide range of guests.
• Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding guest relations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.68 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
