Position Overview
The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, an independent, non-profit academic clinical practice group is seeking a full-time general cardiologist to join the hospital service team at Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center. This non-tenure track appointment will be made at a rank (Clinical Instructor / Clinical Assistant / Clinical Associate / Clinical Professor) commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include providing excellent patient care to general cardiology patients in the outpatient department. Inpatient rotations on the cardiology ward, CCU, and general cardiology consultation service are included. Participate in teaching residents, fellows, and medical students.
Basic Qualifications
Applicants must be board-certified in Cardiovascular Disease.
Valid medical license in the District of Columbia by the time of appointment.
