Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing supplies, equipment, and instrumentation for surgical cases,
- Anticipating the needs in the surgical field when passing instruments,
- Assisting the surgical team in all procedures,
- Cleaning up after each case.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalency,
- Completion of an accredited surgical technology program, certification, or degree from an accredited nursing program, or equivalent,
- A minimum of 4 years of surgical experience.
Additionally, you should possess strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
