As a Patient Care Technician at GW Hospital, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
You will assist Registered Nurses with direct patient care tasks, perform various tasks as competency documentation designates, and provide limited non-invasive procedures under the supervision of a licensed professional.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least six months of recent hospital, long-term care, or medical work experience, which provided knowledge of basic patient-care activities related to Multi-skilled technician duties.
You will also need to be a High School graduate and have completion of Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant Course, or two years of nursing school.
