Cogir Senior Living (formerly Cadence) is hiring a compassionate and dedicated LPN / LVN Wellness Nurse to join our growing team in our premier retirement community The Georgian Lakeside.
Our Wellness Nurse (LPN / LVN) is responsible for the overall implementation, delivery, and coordination of resident care in the community under the supervision of the Health and Wellness Director, performing routine assessments of resident health status for both new and existing residents, and the subsequent development of the care or service plan. The role is part-time on weekends (2x 12-hour shifts). Responsibilities include med cart audits, staff supervision, and acting as the manager on duty for the community on weekends.
