The primary purpose of this job is to act as the liason between team members and management, assist team members in navagating the MyRewardsEveryday website, complete pre-screenings, complete orientations, maintain records, and is responsible for store uniforms.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check-in with the management team to discuss any new or existing team member needs.
- Review email and other related areas on the computer.
- Coordinate the hiring process with reviewing applications, complete pre-screenings, set-up interviews, complete orientations, and assist human resources business partner (HRBP)with external job postings.
- Oversee the completion of new hire computer-based training and ensure new team members are scheduled for on-the-job training.
- Ensure completion of the required annual computer-based training throughout the year.
- Responsible for the inventory levels of uniforms and supplies.
- Work with management to plan and execute various events throughout the store, such as job fairs, recruiting events, and holiday parties within budget.
- Maintain confidential records and proper disposal of records after the retention period has ended.
