What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Order Picker position at The GIANT?
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for:
- Greeting all customers and providing prompt, courteous customer service
- Accurately matching all items from the customer's online shopping list
- Shopping multiple customer orders simultaneously using designated tools and equipment
- Substituting items for customers if requested
- Assisting customers picking up orders at designated parking spots or drive-through
