Key Responsibilities
- Greet all customers and provide prompt, courteous customer service
- Accurately match all items from customers' online shopping lists
- Shop multiple customer orders simultaneously using designated tools and equipment
- Substitute items for customers if requested
- Assist customers picking up orders at designated parking spots or drive-through
In addition to these key responsibilities, as a Grocery Store Associate, you will also be expected to differentiate various types of produce merchandise, bag or package merchandise according to established company policies and procedures, and maintain a neat and clean appearance at all times.
