- Clean and vacuum floors in the office and conference spaces, paying close attention to detail to prevent dust buildup.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and lunchrooms by cleaning and mopping tile floors, washing mirrors and glass surfaces, and resupplying items as needed.
- Operate compactor and bailer to dispose of trash properly and use power washer to clean sidewalks.
- Dust and wash surfaces throughout the office to create a comfortable working environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to understand company policies and safety regulations, and meet the physical demands of the position which include standing 55% and walking 45% of the time, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
