The primary purpose of this position is to assist in product receiving, inventory, and storage. This includes pricing, stocking, and rotating products while maintaining a high level of customer service and food safety standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receives deliveries, breaks down deliveries, rotates cooler
- Weighs, prices, and labels product
- Stocks cases
- Prepares valued-added products
- Rotates products
- Practices and complies with all food safety and sanitation standards
- Processes cuts for service counter and special orders
- Sets service case (if applicable)
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Demonstrates the company's values of CARE, INTEGRITY, TEAMWORK, COURAGE, and HUMOR
- Performs other duties as assigned
