* Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
* Authorization to work in the U.S.
* Completion of company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days
* Ability to use and learn company-approved equipment and tools
**Working Conditions:**
* Shift hours: 4-hour shifts or more depending on business needs
* Job cycles: continual maximum
* Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly
