We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team at The GIANT Company in Quarryville, PA. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for accurately selecting orders throughout the store, maintaining all company service policies and established procedures, and providing prompt, courteous customer service to customers.
