Job Summary
We're seeking a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our Lehigh Valley team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll help drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees
- Lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, development opportunities, and recognizing outstanding performance
- Collaborate with department managers to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and implement visual merchandising strategies
- Analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering excellent customer service
