Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Team Member to join our team at The GIANT Company. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will play a critical role in receiving, storing, and distributing products to our stores.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming product shipments to ensure quality and quantity meet company standards
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and monitoring expiration dates
- Assist in the preparation of product displays and merchandising areas to maximize visual appeal and customer engagement
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery of products to customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or prior warehouse experience preferred
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, preferably in a grocery or foodservice setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with inventory management software and procedures (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
