Customer Service Representative - Seasonal
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for taking phone orders and handling inbound client telephone inquiries and sales.
- Process, Print, and organize orders and ensure they make it to our production team
- Learn Manhattan Fruitier Product Catalog and provide gift suggestions to clients.
- Enter orders into entry system via incoming phone calls, emails, or other correspondence as needed
- Follow up to ensure customer recipients receive gifts
- Receive customer complaints and feedback
- Attention to accuracy
