Position Overview: As a Listing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our listing process runs smoothly and efficiently. You will support our agents and clients by managing listing files, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing excellent service throughout all stages of the listing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all listing documents are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Organizational Skills: Manage multiple listing files simultaneously, keeping everything organized and compliant.
- Client & Agent Support: Provide exceptional support to our agents and clients, answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring a smooth listing experience.
- Accountable: Take initiative in managing your tasks, staying proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality
- Experience in the real estate/real estate adjacent industry is a plus.
