We are seeking a motivated and dynamic EXPERIENCED Automotive Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will utilize your knowledge of automotive sales to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs while fostering long-term relationships. Your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members will be essential in achieving sales targets and maintaining inventory.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about vehicle features and benefits.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage inventory effectively, ensuring that all vehicles are well-presented and available for customer viewing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance.
- Support outbound sales efforts by following up on leads and nurturing relationships with potential buyers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the sales management system.
- Participate in public speaking events or presentations to promote dealership offerings as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is REQUIRED.
- Strong Closing abiilies, communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for calculating payments, financing options, and other related figures.
- Experience in sales support roles is necessary, demonstrating an understanding of the sales process.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with inventory management practices is required.
- Public speaking skills are advantageous for engaging with customers during presentations or events.
