Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls, transfer to departments, and log messages when necessary.
• Check voicemail and return calls; register leads in CRM software.
• Greet and direct visitors, manage access to the office.
• Receive and file correspondence, provide secretarial support (faxing, mailing, etc.).
• Track conference room bookings and maintain office supplies.
• Open the office, manage reception area cleanliness, and ensure coffee and magazines are stocked.
• Support the Accounting department with consignment tasks as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in office software and multitasking.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus.
