What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ophthalmic Technician position at The Glaucoma Center, P.C.?
Our well respected glaucoma practice is looking for an experienced ophthalmic technician to join our team. Our practice is motivated by one overriding goal – to serve our patients with the highest possible level of sophisticated, thoughtful and comprehensive glaucoma care.
Our technicians support our physicians by obtaining medical history, and by performing slit lamp evaluation, Goldmann applanation tonometry, iCare tonometry, Zeiss and Heidelberg OCT, Humphrey visual fields and fundus photography. We encourage certification and professional development. Our main location is located in Bowie and our second location is in Annapolis. Our Surgery Center is located next to our office in Bowie.

Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
