Overview of the Role
The Gleason Group seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join its dynamic team in Prospect, Kentucky. As a first responder and administrative guru, you will play a pivotal role in impacting all phases of our client experience.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing incoming client phone calls, greeting clients for in-office visits, and scheduling client reviews, conference rooms, and virtual meetings. You will also prepare, submit, and monitor progress of client forms and correspondence, as well as process money movement, ACH's, wires, and other client requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and friendly communication.
- Schedule client reviews, conference rooms, and virtual meetings.
- Prepare and submit client forms and correspondence.
- Process client requests, including money movement, ACH's, wires, and other transactions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher is required.
- Working 40 hours a week is required.
- Professional client service experience is preferred.
- Financial services experience is preferred.
- Dependable self-starter with quick learning ability.
- Organized approach to task management.
- Presentation of a warm, personal, and professional demeanor.
- Timely, accurate, and friendly client communications.
- Attention to detail with speed and accuracy.
