Job Description:
The Client Service Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional client experiences and supporting the success of our clients. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take ownership and respond to client needs seamlessly and effectively without supervision.
We are seeking a motivated and energetic self-starter who is a quick learner and takes complete ownership of their work. The ideal candidate is fully accountable, obsessive about details, and loves to go above and beyond to help others.
- Advocate for clients and resolve issues efficiently
- Manage incoming client phone calls and greet clients for in-office visits
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate virtual meetings
- Prepare, submit, and monitor client forms and correspondence
- Process client requests and transactions in a timely manner
- Direct advanced client requests to the appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate records and software systems
- Contribute to special projects and perform duties that support our advisory business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher required
- 40 hours/week in-office work required
- Professional client service experience preferred
- Financial services experience preferred
- Must be a dependable self-starter and quick learner
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Presentation and communication skills
- Able to provide timely, accurate, and friendly client communications
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Desire and willingness to obtain industry certifications
