Job Description
The Client Service Specialist plays a crucial role in providing seamless and effective support to our clients. As a lead member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and preparing client forms and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and friendly communication.
- Schedule client reviews, conference rooms, and virtual meetings.
- Prepare and submit client forms and correspondence.
- Process client requests, including money movement, ACH's, wires, and other transactions.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher is required.
- Working 40 hours a week is required.
- Professional client service experience is preferred.
- Financial services experience is preferred.
- Dependable self-starter with quick learning ability.
- Organized approach to task management.
