The Lottery Services Specialist will focus on the delivery of efficient, effective, and relevant Lottery Services to clients. This includes, but is not limited to, consulting services pertaining to Lottery operations, and modernization projects such as request for information (RFI’s) and/or requests for proposals (RFP’s), business analysis, and leveraging best practice methodology.

The Lottery Services Specialist main focus will be on the following:
Perform lottery project development, review, and/or guidance including activities related to complex lottery system modernization projects.
Collaborate with project and client team(s) to collect, create, present, maintain, and store knowledge transfer of lottery operations and systems.
Hold a solid understanding of lottery systems operations, processes, and technology.
Act as a lottery modernization, procurement optimization, and lottery operations and systems subject matter expert.
Develops, executes, or assists in developing strategic/tactical lottery process improvement mapping.
Gathers lottery system functional and technical requirements.
Monitors and reports lottery project progress and status to lottery project management and stakeholders.
Collaborates with sales on client meetings, calls, and/or onsite travel for sales-related activities as required.
Assists with procurement and proposal drafting, technical writing, and associated client meetings. Develops and implements practical and timely solutions.
Performs other duties assigned.
Experience, Education, Skills and Credentials:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an related discipline is required.
Must have a minimum of three (3) years of lottery experience.
Must have experience with Lottery operations, governance, and requirements management.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience leading teams in the Lottery/Business/IT sector is required.
Experience leading or participating in a management lead role is strongly preferred.
An equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the lottery field may be considered in lieu of education and experience requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required
Must have the ability to communicate, both orally and written, with other members of the team and external contacts
Ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines is required
Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness
Must be able to pass a thorough background investigation
Location: In one of our US offices
Schedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
Salary Range: 80K – 85K Based on experience
Travel: Must have the ability to travel up to 50%.
