What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Strategy position at The Glide Group?
We are working with a rapidly growing, dynamic healthcare services company that is looking to expand its leadership team with a VP of Strategy (Head of Strategy). This hands-on, execution-focused role is integral to driving significant growth over the next several years and will be based in Naperville, IL (with hybrid flexibility for select situations) .
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Growth Planning : Develop and execute corporate strategy, identifying new business opportunities, market expansion initiatives, and areas for operational improvement.
- M&A and Investment Strategy : Support potential acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments by conducting financial and operational due diligence, building business cases, and leading integration efforts.
- Operational Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership : Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate high-level strategy into actionable, measurable initiatives that drive revenue and profitability.
- Financial & Market Analysis : Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and enhance business performance.
- Scalability & Efficiency Improvements : Identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage technology (including AI), and drive efficiencies across the organization.
- AI & Technology Enablement : Assess and implement AI-driven tools to enhance sales, marketing, and operational functions, positioning the company for long-term success in a rapidly evolving landscape.
