What You'll Do
Preparing, painting, and finishing interior and exterior spaces.
Applying different painting techniques and working with a variety of materials.
Ensuring that each job is completed in a timely , professional manner.
Performing both routine and specialized painting tasks to maintain the aesthetics and upkeep of our property, ensuring that it continues to meet the high standards of luxury our guests expect.
Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces of the hotel property, including walls, doors, trim, windows, and ceilings.
Adhere to safety regulations and practices while using painting materials and equipment. Ensure that all work areas are kept clean and free of hazards.
Maintaining accurate records of all painting projects.
Assisting with any other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience painting, hospitality experience preferred.
Experience working with high-end finishes and materials is a plus.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Keen eye for detail, a passion for high-quality craftsmanship, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings related to paint specifications.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical positions, including standing, bending, kneeling, and working at heights.
