What You’ll Do

C omplete all opening duties assigned including setting up cabanas, tables, chairs, and umbrellas

G reet all guests and prov ide towel service throughout the day

Maintain cleanliness of the table / sections throughout service and ensure all proper utensils are presented to guests.

Attend to all guests' needs, ensure orders are properly charged to the correct room, and any issues are resolved quickly.

Ability to utilize a POS system and properly input orders

H elp other team members with orders, cleaning table or other tasks they may need assistance with

Maintain cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas including all trash and towel pickup

Qualifications

Previous pool attendant experience preferred

Current CPR / First Aid certification

Excellent communication skills and customer service focus

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Attention to safety and experience with pool maintenance
