What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first impression of The Global Ambassador
- Ensure guests have a memorable experience by answering questions, escorting luggage to guest rooms, and parking/retrieving vehicles.
- Opportunity for casual conversations that provide hotel and local recommendations
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skill
- Manage and distribute valet keys as necessary
- Coordinate overall valet operation, by being familiar with valet software for a seamless valet operation
- Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of valet experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong customer service orientation
- Responsible and safety-focused
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights and holidays
- Professional demeanor and uniform
- Physical ability to drive vehicles and lift luggage
