What You'll Do
Clean and sanitize public areas including lobby, corridors, elevators
Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors and hard surfaces
Vacuum entryways, stairs, meeting rooms, and furniture
Empty trash receptacles, wipe down mirrors and windows
Clean walls, baseboards, light fixtures to maintain appearance
Identify and report any maintenance issues needing repair
Replenish restroom supplies and restock housekeeping carts
Provide excellent customer service to guests
Qualifications
Male *BFOQ
Previous custodial or public areas attendant experience
Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Attention to detail with strict cleanliness standards
Responsible self-starter able to work independently
Professional demeanor and integrity
Weekend, holiday availability required
