What You’ll Do
The Spa Operations Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the hotel spa, ensuring an exceptional guest experience through effective leadership, operational excellence, and exceptional service standards.
This role involves managing staff, overseeing spa services, maintaining inventory, ensuring health and safety compliance, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
Ensure that spa services are delivered to the highest standards, reflecting the hotel’s luxury brand.
Resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Monitor guest feedback and reviews, making improvements where necessary to enhance the overall guest experience.
Assist in the preparation of the spa’s budget and achieve revenue targets by driving spa sales, promotions, and retail offerings.
Qualifications
3 years of experience in Spa/Wellness Leadership with luxury-oriented resort spa, destination spa or private membership spa.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, products, and wellness trends.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Proven ability to manage budgets, drive sales, and achieve financial goals.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards for spa operations.
Proficiency in spa management software, Microsoft Office, and other related systems.
