Job Summary
The Breakfast Cook plays a crucial role in ensuring our menu items meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. This position requires an experienced professional with expertise in preparing, cooking, and plating breakfast dishes according to our specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate all breakfast menu items to meet The Globe's quality standards.
- Maintain stock levels on the cooks line, including setting up and restocking ingredients as needed.
- Operate, clean, set up, and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance and food safety.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience of 2 years in the food and restaurant industry.
- Able to work early morning shifts, including weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed.
- Demonstrated skills in safe food handling, general food preparation, grill station operations, and fry station management.
