Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences, offering professional advice and recommendations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest grooming trends and techniques.
- Manage appointments and maintain accurate client records.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid barber license in the state of Maryland.
- Proven experience as a barber, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and build your own clientele.
